Your beauty essentials, on their way. Follow your KoKo Beauté shipment through your order details, then visit your carrier for the latest available delivery updates.
Follow your delivery
Sign in using the email address you used at checkout, select your order, and open the shipment’s tracking link to view your carrier’s status. Tracking is available when a tracking number has been added to your shipment.
Prefer to use your email?
Find your KoKo Beauté shipping confirmation email and follow the order-status or tracking link inside. Your order confirmation email also includes a link to your order status. Check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it.
You may be asked to sign in or verify your order number and the email address or phone number used at checkout before viewing full order details.
Not seeing tracking updates?
If your order has shipped but no tracking link appears, tracking information may not have been added or your shipping service may not include tracking. If a link is available but there are no shipment updates yet, check again after the carrier scans your parcel.
Orders sent in separate parcels may have more than one tracking link. Check each shipment for its own progress.
