Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed and shipped on the same day from Monday to Saturday with USPS standard shipping.  Delivery will occur within 2 to 3 business days anywhere in continental U.S.A..  Orders placed on Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday.

Shipping is FREE with your order subtotal of $30 or more.  $5 if less than $30.

At this time, we can only accept orders that are billed and shipped to locations in the United States (including APO/FPO and U.S. Territories). This excludes shipping to P.O. Boxes.

Order Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your kokoshiseido.com(kokobeaute.com) order, please contact us as soon as possible by phone at 1-310-343-3393. We will try our best to accommodate your request but cannot guarantee cancellation.
